Craig Blanchard, the inventor of the Competition 2000 Training Putter has realized that one of the biggest problem areas in golf has always been putting. Putting is where you score in golf. It is half of the entire game. Most players never learn to stroke the putter in the proper manner.

Golf is the greatest game ever invented! I fell in love with the game at the young age of 11 and have played golf for 42 years. Putting was probably the part of the game I loved the most. When I first started playing golf I loved to hit practice  balls and practice my putting on the practice greens. I could spend hours after school putting until it got to dark to see. Eventually, I became a very good putter. So good that I decided to join the P.P.A. ( Professional Putters Association ). I competed 2 years as a amateur, 6 years as a pro and was ranked among the top 16 in the World.

But then something happened, " Yips" the dreaded yips, uncontrollable movements of the hands and wrists, a subject most golfers don't want to discuss. " Golfers who struggle with "Yips" would give anything to cure it. I have never talked about this to anyone until now. Having tried everything with no results, when I invented The Competition 2000, it was in part to resolve this problem. Not only has The Competition 2000 improved my putting, this training aid has relieved me of the "Yips" as well. Golf is such a great game, unfortunately the "Yips" can make it unpleasant at times.
